Booking Terms and Conditions
Pink Monkey suggests that you read the booking terms and conditions and the FAQs before booking with Pink Monkey.
The price that has been quoted is based on the numbers and dates given at the initial enquiry. The final price will depend on exact numbers and the exact dates of travel.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If booking accommodation the balance is payable 60 days prior to the event. Packages booked within 8 weeks of the start date must be paid in full on booking.
For packages without accommodation Pink Monkey will advise you of the date full payment is required.
Cancellations made after full payment are non-refundable
Please note Stag and Hen gear may be confiscated at certain venues. Pink Monkeywill not accept responsibility if this should arise.
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a situation where you will be asked to leave. Pink Monkey will not accept any responsibility for such behaviour.
In the unlikely event of damages being caused, the client will be held responsible.
Acceptance of the above conditions is implied when a booking is made and this constitutes the limit of our liability.
